The Nashville Police Department was busy in the past 2 weeks. Last Tuesday, they responded to the 1,000 block of South Paul Street for an alarm, went to the 1,100 block of North Mill Street for a 911 hang-up call and also arrested 34-year old Cory D. Hart of Nashville on 3 felony Kentucky warrants involving shoplifting. On Wednesday, they responded to the 18,000 block of Enterprise Avenue for suspicious activity. One week ago, officers went to the 200 block of North Washington Street for a theft, responded to Washington County Hospital to remove an intoxicated subject, went to the 18,000 block of Enterprise Avenue for a theft, responded to a 911 hang-up call on the 500 block of West Goodner Street, went to the 100 block of North Mill Street for a report of fraud, responded to the 200 block of East Saint Louis Street for another report of fraud, arrested 19-year old Devon M. Gonzalez of Wood River, Illinois for Trespassing at the Village II Apartments on the 700 block of South Mill Street and arrested 59-year old Gary Weihe of Okawville after initiating a traffic stop on Route 127 near Merchantile Drive, for the charge of Driving While License Suspended and for a Washington County Warrant. On Friday, the NPD conducted a welfare check on a residence on the 400 block of East Adams Street. Then on Saturday, they responded to the 100 block of East Maple Street for a domestic dispute, assisted the EMS with a call on the 1,700 block of West Willowbrook Drive, took a report of a violation of a no contact order at residence on the 900 block of South Mill Street and assisted the EMS with a call on South Paul Street. Finally on Sunday, officers located and stopped a rolling domestic dispute on Route 127 on the Interstate 64 overpass and also initiated a traffic stop and arrested 39-year old Edward G. Cahill of Evansville, Indiana for Driving While License Suspended and gave him verbal warnings for Failure to Signal and for Obstructed Windshield.
