The Saint Louis Cardinals won their first game of the year on Friday night, beating the Atlanta Braves 7 to 4.  On Saturday, they beat the Braves 12 to 2 and yesterday, the Cards completed the sweep with a 12 to 7 victory.  The home opener is today against Milwaukee.

The Saint Louis Blues lost 5 to 1 to the Washington Capitals on Saturday night.
