The Saint Louis Cardinals lost 8 to 4 to the Los Angeles Dodgers Friday night, then lost to 5 to 3 on Saturday night, but avoided the sweep last night with a 5 to 2 victory.

The Nashville Hornet baseball team shutout Wesclin 1 to nothing in extra innings on Friday night, then got past Greenville 3 to 2 in the first game Saturday and shutout Vandalia 8 to nothing in the second game of the day to complete the regular season.  Playoffs begin tomorrow night.   Okawville lost 2 to 1 to Trico on Friday night.

The Nashville Hornette softball team completed their regular season on Friday night with a 6 to 5 victory over Wesclin.  Also, Okawville lost 9 to 1 to Carlyle.
