The Washington County Sheriff’s Department took several people into custody in the last week. Last Monday, 41-year-old William Stroud Jr. of DuQuoin was arrested for a Washington County Body Attachment Warrant, and a deputy transported him from the Perry County Jail. Myra Taylor was arrested for a Washington County failure to appear warrant on Tuesday. A Washington County Deputy transported her from the Marion County Jail to the Washington County Jail. On Wednesday, deputies performed to arrests. A Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 43-year-old Anthony Bruns of Mt. Vernon for a Washington County warrant, and 31-year-old Justin Reinkensmeier of Nashville was taken into custody on a Washington County warrant. 45-year-old Patrick Johns of Nashville was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail to be held on a Washington County Warrant for Probation Violation on Thursday. Caleb Hodges, age 28 of Centralia, was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on Sunday.
