The Nashville Community High School Board will be meeting tonight for their monthly meeting in the Media Center at 6pm.  Multiple items will be discussed tonight.  They include an approval of the 2016-2017 budget, a 2^nd reading of the IASB policies, changes of the 17-18 student handbook, approval of state and overnight field trips, a 1^st reading of the athletic participation policy, approval of the title 1 plan, considering a waiver of schoolwide programming in federal programs and a look at a school wide plan.  Tim Kuhn and his resignation will be accepted.  Also 5 employment positions will be discussed in closed session.  That includes a reclassification of the bookkeeper position, freshman volleyball coach, assistant cheerleading coach, spring coaching staff and the nursing position.  Also, the hornet football team will have representatives attending the meeting.  The board will have a special board meeting this Wednesday May 24^th to discussed basketball and football and the head coach openings.
