The Nashville Police Department responded to 24 calls this past week. Last Sunday, July 16th, a man was arrested in connection to a domestic battery. 32-year-old Justin Alsbury of Nashville was arrested after his Misdemeanor charge of Domestic Battery. That arrest on Sunday was just before 830pm. Last Tuesday, July 18th, officers responded to 8 different calls. One of those was in regard to assist sheriff’s deputies in a domestic dispute. Officers responded to the 600 block of East St. Louis Street, to assist a peace officer. 40-year-old Timothy John Mostyn was arrest after being issued multiple citations. His 5 charges included a Misdemeanor for Obstructing a Peace Officer, a Misdemeanor for Public Indecency, a Misdemeanor for Disorderly Conduct and 2 Felony charges of Aggravated battery. His court date is set for September 7th. Lastly on Thursday, July 20th, officers responded to the 100 block of East David Drive for a report of a child custody dispute.
