A Centralia man is facing 7 outstanding felony cases, including 4 DUI’s and approximately 15 traffic cases, in which he failed to appear, at the Marion Count Court on Wednesday. 31-year-old TJ Howard failed to appear for the 2nd time in court. He failed back in January for a hearing from nearly 30 cases, dating back to 2013. He attorney requested on Wednesday that the cases be again continued, this time until February 21st. At the time, he was serving time at a Lawrenceville prison from a 2012 felony and 6 other cases. Before his release from prison, Howard was greeted with another criminal felony case to add to his collection, this time for an alleged robbery and possession of a controlled substance. Howard mad headlines in 2016, after posting his $25,000 cash bond for his 7th outstanding felony case in Marion County. That brought his total bond that he posted for that year at $58,000.
