Police are asking for the public’s help in searching to a man, who is considered to be armed and dangerous. 20-year-old Lemont Brinson is being described as a 5-foot-9-inch male, weighing approximately 140-pounds. Brinson has connections to the Centralia area and is wanted in connection to multiple weapons offenses in Marion County. If you see or know of the whereabouts of Lemont Brinson, you’re asked to call the Marion Police Department immediately at 618-993-21-24. The department also states that you should not approach Brinson, since law enforcement considers him to be armed and dangerous.
