A jury in Jackson County returned guilty verdicts on Tuesday on all charges against a Missouri man, who was charged with the 2016 Easter murder against a former Centralia man, while he was at his home in Carbondale. Travis Tyler was found guilty on murder and firearm charged, after the deadly Easter morning shooting in 2016, which claimed the life of Carbondale musician and father Tim Beatty. The jury only took an hour and 40 minutes to decide Tyler was guilty. He will have his official sentence on June 1st. Ingram was charged with 1st-degree murder and aggravated discharge of a firearm, in connection with the March 27th, 2016 shooting, during a house party along 402 West Walnut Street in Carbondale. Beaty was inside of a neighboring house at the time and was struck and killed by a stray bullet.
