The Nashville Police Department responded to 29 calls this past week. On Wednesday, July 11th, officers responded to the 800 block of West Vernor Street, just before 9pm, where they arrested one person. 25-year-old Justi Jackson was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and for disorderly conduct. On Friday, July 13th, officers responded to the Washington County Fairgrounds, during the fair and near the rides, where a female was having an allergic reaction. The female patient advised that a male subject was smoking marijuana around her, which caused the allergic reaction. The suspect was later identified as 33-year-old James Piotrowski, of Nashville, who was then arrested for driving while having a revoked license. He also was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug equipment. This past Saturday, officers responded to the 300 block of West St. Louis Street, after a call came in of two men fighting. Nashville residents Shane Stockon and Michael Murphy were the two men identified, with EMS staff called in to treat Stockons injuries. Officers then arrested Murphy and charged him with an aggravated battery.
