The Nashville Police Department responded to 22 calls this last week. On Wednesday, December 26th, 3 warrant arrests were made in Nashville. The 1st one was 20-year-old Nick King, of Hoyleton, for failure to appear on a Washington County warrant. The next arrest was 28-year-old Billy Holyfield, of Nashville, who was arrested for having an active Perry County warrant. The last warrant arrest was 34-year-old Justin Alsbury, of Nashville, for having an active Washington County warrant. On Friday, December 28th, one was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle crash along State Route 127. When officers arrived, they notices two occupants fighting outside of the vehicle. One of the occupants was identified as 34-year-old Paul Frantz, of Nashville, who stated that 25-year-old Spencer Loyd stole $300 from him, after he accidentally dropped it. Paul chased Spencer down, which led to Spencer punching Paul in the face. The money was recovered from his vehicle, with Spencer being taken into custody. He was charged with an aggravated battery, a theft, and unlawful possession of a fixed blade knife by a felon. Paul was charged by officers for having a suspended license. On Monday, December 31st, officers responded to a theft at the 127 Lounge in Nashville. There was a report of theft under $500. That led to the arrest of 48-year-old Krista Wideman, who was identified as the suspect. Also Frederick Wideman was arrested and charged for having a St. Clair County warrant.
