Centralia Police has announced that they have arrested a 16-year-old juvenile, in regard to a burglary overnight on Sunday. Probation Services authorized to detain the juvenile, in connection to the burglary of St. Mary’s Catholic School in Centralia. Police Chief Brian Atchison says that there is a 2nd suspect in custody, in connection to the burglary of the Poplar Place bar and grill along North Poplar Street, the Farm Fresh Store, Ross Florist, and at the Route 51 Barber Shop and Salon. All these businesses and the school are located along Poplar Street in Centralia. All location, except for the Farm Fresh Store, were entered by force. Atchison says that some of the other burglaries are related to the break-in at St. Mary’s School. The school also cancelled classes on Monday, due to the burglary.
