Planned Parenthood in Illinois says that their clinics will provide eligible patients one year of free birth control, for those residents who can not afford it.  Reports from the organization say that the Access Birth Control plan was announced on Friday, with birth control involving injections, oral contraceptive, condoms or other devices.  Spokeswoman Julie Lynn says that Planned Parenthood has no cost projections for the effort, since it was paid for by a private philanthropy.  Eligible patients include those who are uninsured, or have insurance that does not cover birth control.  Millions of women are trying to obtain birth control for free through their workplace health plan, which as a result created the Affordable Care Act.  The current administration is seeking more employers with religious or moral objections to opt out of providing the service.  So far two judges have blocked the policy from going into effect nationwide.
