ILLINOIS (RFD) — After a cool weekend in Illinois, warmer than average temperatures should dominate to the end of the month.

Ed Shimon at the National Weather Service says we will return to a warmer than average and dry pattern. He says outlooks are showing the warm, dry trend should carry us to the end of the month.

Heading into November, temperatures are showing to remain warmer than average with equal chances of above and below normal rainfall. Looking to December and through the spring, Shimon says things are looking to turn wet.
