GALATIA – The Galatia School District is collecting items to send to a disaster relief team that will be going to Georgia to help families affected by Hurricane Helene.

Non-perishable food items, hygiene items, blankets, diapers and new clothing will be accepted and need to be turned in by Friday.

The relief team will be leaving this weekend.
