Clarice Mae (Trammell) Moran, 86, of Centralia, IL, formerly of Dubuque, IA and Chicago, IL, passed away at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor in Mt. Vernon, IL.  She was born on August 1, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Lewis Trammell & Malethia (Mueller) Trammell.  She married Raymond W. Moran on May 21, 1960 at St. Ponaventure Church in Chicago and they later divorced.

Mrs. Moran is survived by her sons Raymond W. Moran, Jr. & wife Tae Furuse of San Mateo, CA and Hugh R. Moran & wife Leslie of Dix, IL; 5 grandchildren: Raymond W. Moran III, William Moran & wife Angenette, Cecilia & fiancé Dathan Rowlett, Quinn Moran, and Shea Moran; 5 great-grandchildren: Delanie Holland Moran, Olivia Holland Moran, Fionnlagh Holland, Zola Holland, and Annie Gallagher; daughter-in-law Judy Moran of Waseca, MN; 2 sisters Penny Johnson of Chicago, IL and Joanne Kirton of Dubuque, IA; and numerous nieces & nephews.

In addition to her former husband, Mrs. Moran was preceded in death by her infant son Patrick Michael Moran, son Timothy Michael Moran, and 2 brothers: Louie Trammell and Arthur Trammel.

Mrs. Moran was a homemaker and housewife.  Earlier in life, she was a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts for many years.  She loved butterflies, plants and flowers.  She was a very creative person and enjoyed reading and shopping.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
