The Washington County Hospital Board of Directors will meet tonight at 7 o’clock in the conference rooms.  They will discuss the recent resignation of Board member and President Dale Blohm, as well as his replacement.  They will also go over guidelines for these meetings and the responsibilities of the Directors.  They will also go over the financial reports and any informational systems updates.  The Board will hear about many items of interest, including a donation of EKG equipment.  There will be a section of time allowed for public questions and comments at the end of the regular meeting, before the Board goes into their close meeting.
