Dr. Thomas J. Coy of Nashville, IL departed this life at his home surrounded by his family after a 12 year battle with cancer, on Thursday July 10, 2014 at 10:08 P.M. He had attained the age of 77 years, 6 months, and 11 days.

Funeral procession will depart at 9:45 A.M. on Monday, July 14, 2014 from the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville for graveside services for family, colleagues and close friends that will be conducted at the Greenwood Cemetery in Nashville at 10:00 A.M.

Friends may call at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again on Monday from 7:30 A.M. until 9:30 A.M.

Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville Municipal Golf Course and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
