The Illinois Department of Insurance took disciplinary action against David Brewer of Belleville, who had his Insurance Producer License voluntarily revoked effective June 6, 2014.  Brewer had been licensed to sell life and health lines of insurance since 2005.  He accepted the Voluntary Revocation Order to avoid a continued investigation of his insurance related practices.  Brewer is no longer able to effect insurance transactions, without violating Illinois Insurance Code and facing felony charges.
