Investigators in southern Illinois have charged two people with the Cahokia shooting death of a 17-year old from Saint Louis. The Belleville News-Democrat reports 24-year-old Nikkei Turner is being held on $3 million bond for the December 30th slaying. Meanwhile, 23-year old Henry Davis is being held on $5 million bond. Both are from Saint Louis. The two are accused of killing Allen S. Templeton in the Pheasant Hill Mobile Home Park. Police say he was shot in the head and neck in retaliation for an earlier robbery.
