The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation announced the qualification of one applicant seeking to register as a medical cannabis dispensing organization in Illinois.  After a review of the Medical Cannabis Dispensary Application of Health Central, LLC, the Division selected their application as qualified in District 11, which is comprised of Bond, Clinton, Madison, Monroe and Saint Clair counties.
