The Washington County Historical Society is hosting a Clean Up Day tomorrow at the L&N Depot in Nashville, located at East First and Kaskaskia Streets beginning at 9 AM.  Volunteers are needed to help with cleaning the renovated building.  Volunteers are asked to bring old rags, dusters and brooms to help get the depot ready to be opened.  The Historical Society has spent the past couple of years renovating the old train depot.  They cleaned it up and got rid of the grime of the years of not being used.  Then they redid the entire outside, put in some utilities, insulated it and made many repairs.  A working bathroom and windows have been installed and then they painted it look as close to the original look as possible.
