Gasoline prices for a gallon of regular gas have dropped to a national average of $3.28, that’s 2 cents less than last week and a nickel cheaper than this time last year.  It is higher in Illinois with the price of a gallon of regular gas at $3.37, down a penny from a week ago.  With the cold temperatures, the prices of propane, natural gas and other fuels used for heating are going up.
