The Nashville Hornette volleyball team won the Benton Rangerette Tournament again, winning all 5 matches. They beat Grayville in 2 sets at 25 to 9 and 25 to 11. Then they beat Woodlawn in 2 sets at 25 to 18 each. In the final pool play match, they beat Johnston City in 2 sets, both 25 to 19. In the Championship round, they beat Carlyle in 2 sets at 25 to 19 and 25 to 17 and in the final, they beat host Benton in 3 sets. They lost 29 to 27, but came back to win 25 to 11 and 15 to 4 for the Championship.
