There was a ribbon cutting ceremony in Nashville for Frankie’s On The Hill, which offers casual and fine dining. Owner Frank Bartolotta noticed that there was not a fine dining establishment in Nashville and it is something he has wanted for a long time. His other restaurant, Girolamo’s offers pizza and pasta, but he wanted more. In fact, he brought over chef Dave Pullam, who has worked On The Hill in Saint Louis for many years. Bartolotta mentioned the wide variety of what is offered, which includes steaks, seafood, chicken, pork, ribs and all kinds of stuff like that. They have daily specials for lunch and dinner. Frankie’s is open for lunch Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM, while dinner is from 4 to 9 PM, except on Fridays and Saturdays, which is until 10 PM. Sunday they are open from 11 AM to 8 PM. For more information call Frankie’s On The Hill at 327-4700.
