The Nashville Police Department was busy in the past week.  One week ago they responded to Memorial Park for a 911 call, assisted Animal Control with a loose pitbull on East David Drive and the dog was taken to the animal shelter.  They also went to Mockingbird Road for a report of harassment.  On Wednesday, they initiated a traffic stop and arrested Erik Harris of Nashville for Driving with No Valid Driver’s License and Suspended Registration.  Later they responded to the 17,500 block of Mockingbird Road for a 911 hang-up call, took a report of damaged property at a residence on the 200 block of South Hoffman Street and responded to South Independence Street for a complaint of disorderly conduct.  On Thursday, they arrested Janet Phillips of Nashville on a Washington County warrant.  On Friday officers responded to the 1,200 block of South Mill Street for a no trespassing order violation.  The NPD was very busy on Saturday, as they assisted the Washington County Sheriff’s Department with a vehicle off the roadway at mile marker 51 on Interstate 64, assisted the EMS with a call on the 500 block of West Saint Louis Street, went to the 400 block of South Washington Street for a missing person report and the subject was located a short time later, responded to Casey’s for a gas drive off and after the driver was located, it was determined to be an accidental incident.  They also responded to assist the WCSD with a domestic dispute on Crow Road, went to the 800 block of South Broadway Street for a city ordinance violation and responded to Tom’s Grocery Store about a suspicious vehicle.
