The Okawville Village Board met Monday night and Village Clerk Wayland Jasper says it may have been the fastest meeting he has attended.  He reported that the Board approved the annual $500 contribution to the library.  The switching of street signs from the blue and orange to the state mandated green and white has been done and the new crosswalk signals at Highway 160 and Memorial Drive will be going up soon.  Jasper anticipates a busier meeting in January.
