The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released a statement that on Wednesday December 9, 2015 a residential burglary occurred near Lively Grove.  Taken was jewelry and cash.  After an extensive investigation, 2 individuals have been arrested and charged.  36-year old Steven J. Kuklinski of Belleville is charged with Residential Burglary and Theft Over $10,000.  He is presently being held in the Washington County Jail with bail set at $100,000.  26-year old Rachel E. Pisarski, also of Belleville, is charged with Conspiracy.  She is presently being held in the Saint Clair County Jail with bail set at $30,000.  Assisting with the investigation were the Saint Clair County Sheriff’s Office, the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, the New Baden Police Department, the Trenton Police Department and the Smithton Police Department.
