Katie Rose Spenner Brown 27 of Springfield formerly of Nashville, passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at St. John Lutheran Church in New Minden with Rev. Timothy Mueller officiating.  Burial will be held at a late date at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Hoyleton.  A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday in the Fellowship Hall of St. John Lutheran Church in New Minden.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested and may be made to Nashville Community High School Library or NCHS Music Booster’s.
