The Washington County Board will meet tonight at 7 o’clock in the new boardroom in the newly renovated Washington County Courthouse.  They will hear from Clerk-Recorder-Election Authority Nancy Heseman, as well as Supervisor of Assessments Sharon Mewes and Animal Administrator Jay Colbrook.  There will be some highway projects to approve, as well as bids for oil and road materials.  There will be some amendments to go over, including the expansion of the Greater Centralia Area Enterprise Zone.  There will be a request to go over from the Girl Scouts about planting trees, as well as several appointments to various fire district boards to approve.  The public is welcome to attend.
