A residential structure fire had three fire departments on scene early Sunday morning in Nashville. The Nashville Fire Department, assisted by Addieville and Hoyleton Fire Departments, were called at 2:18 a.m. to 1035 South Kaskaskia for a fire at the home of John and Tammy Davis. According to the report, the fire started in the attached garage and spread to the house. The garage was destroyed and the house suffered major damage. The occupants were at home when the fire started and were awakened by smoke detectors, and no injuries were reported. Firefighters were on scene until 5 a.m.
