Washington County Animal Control is housing nine dogs at the Washington County Animal Shelter on Richview Road in Nashville. Dogs awaiting adoption include an 8-year-old male lab mix, a 1-year-old female pit bull, a 3-year-old male lab, a 5-year-old female lab mix, a 2-year-old male mixed breed, a 4-month-old male mixed breed, and three 4-month-old male mixed breed puppies. Dog adoption fee is $30, and that includes an AVID identification chip and a certificate for $50 off spaying or neutering. All animals can be viewed on www.petfinder.com.
