ISP officers arrived to the scene of a semi cab completely on fire on I-64 heading eastbound at mile marker 45 between Nashville and Okawville.  The accident did not involve a crash.  The eastbound roads were closed for an hour while an investigation was underway.  The driver of the semi cab was uninjured.  The roads are currently all leaned up and open for use.  No other information has been released on this case.
