The Southern Illinois Drug Task Force announced that they made four arrests in connection to illegal drug distribution in Hardin County.  That included one with delivery of a controlled substance and three for delivery of methamphetamine.  John A Frazee, age 70, got booked for a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.  39-year-old Earl Kincaide III, 38-year-old Anna Cowsert and 43-year-old Michelle Hubbard all got arrested in connection to delivery of methamphetamine.  An investigation was conducted in the arrest of these four individuals by officers of the Illinois State Police, Hardin County Sheriff’s deputies, the Hardin County States’ Attorneys’ office Metropolis Police, Massac County Sheriff’s deputies and the Massac County States’ Attorneys’ Office.  The Hardin County State’s Attorney Daniel Cockrum is in charge of the prosecution.
