A Centralia man injured, following a motorcycle crash on Friday near Selmaville Road and Nation Road.  30-year-old Robert Clarida was traveling northbound along Selaville Road on Friday, at around 130pm, when he apparently took the curve at the electric substation too quickly and ran off the northside of the road.  He was then thrown off the bike after taking the curve.  The Marion County Sheriff’s Department announced that he was wearing his helmet, but suffered injuries all over his body.  A landing zone was set up in a nearby field and Clarida was airlifted at the scene to a St. Louis Area hospital.
