Centralia Police arrest a man from Belleville, in regard to drugs found in his vehicle. 33-year-old Phillip Laughunn, of Belleville, was traveling northbound on US 51, and was pulled over after officer received a complaint on Friday night about his driving. The Centralia K-9 then reportedly alerted his vehicle, which led to a search. That search revealed a gram of heroin, 2 hypodermic syringes, another narcotic and a spoon that was covered in apparent drug residue. Laughunn was then arrested and charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and one charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
