After around 2 months after his arrest, a man in Washington County has not yet had his preliminary hearing on felony child sex offenses, as he continues to search for an attorney. 69-year-old Henry Michael Wolenhaupt was arrested back in August, and charged with 2 Class 1 felony counts of criminal sexual assault to a family member under 18-years-old and 3 Class 2 felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a family member under 18-years-old. Following his arrest, Wolenhaupt plead not guilty on the charges, and had a preliminary hearing set for September 13th, with a 1st appearance with a defense attorney. When Wolenhaupt had not retained a counsel by the date, the hearing was rescheduled. The case had been rescheduled 5 times, with the most recent hearing set for Thursday, October 18th. As he continues to search for representation, he has remained at the Washington county Jail with bail set at $200,000.
