A Central City man has been officially charged and arrested, for allegedly pulling a knife on another man at the Centralia Halloween Parade on Saturday night. 23-year-old Anthony Hernandez was arrested by Centralia Police, shortly after the incident along the 600 block of South Poplar Street. He allegedly threatened Centralia resident Richard Potter, and pulled out a knife on him. Hernandez has reportedly fled before police arrived, but was located a short time later. He was eventually released on a notice to appear in court.
