The City of Centralia will be offering residents free disposal of real, non-artificial Christmas trees.  Residents can drop off their Christmas trees at the Public Works Office, located at 1-15 East 5^th Street, from 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.  The drop off service will be available for 3 weeks, from December 31^st till January 18^th.  Residents are asked to remove all ornaments lights, and tinsel, prior to disposal.  Some of the trees will be used for fish habitat at the city’s lakes.
