As the spring thaw begins, Governor Pat Quinn announced $100 million from the Illinois Jobs Now! construction program to repair municipal and township infrastructure throughout the state.  The funding will help communities throughout Illinois combat potholes and make other critical infrastructure repairs following the historic winter weather Illinois faced.  The announcement includes approximately $4.6 million for local governments in Bond, Clinton, Jersey, Madison, Monroe, Saint Clair and Washington Counties.  Washington County will receive $55,805.  Townships such as Ashley receives $7,443, Beaucoup gets $9,373, Okawville receives $8,919, Nashville with $8,572 and Oakdale gets $9,491.  Municipalities such as Addieville receives $1,159, Ashley with $2,662, DuBois gets $964, New Minden receives $886, Oakdale gets $925 and Okawville with $5,884.
