Updating the story of the arrest of 19-year old John W. Wiggers of Nashville, he is in jail on $1,500 bond for a charge of Criminal Trespass to a Residence.  According to the Nashville Police report, they responded to a residence on the 500 block of East Legion Drive, as Susan Setzkorn reported that she came home and allegedly found Wiggers in the residence, going through her property.  Wiggers was taken into custody on charges of Residential Burglary and Criminal Trespass to a Residence, but the burglary charge has been dropped.  When he gets out of jail, he is not to have any contact with the victim of any kind and cannot be within 500 feet of the home.  This is Wiggers 2nd arrest in just over a month, as on April 12th, the NPD arrested Wiggers on charges of Theft Under $500 and Criminal Defacement of Property Less Than $300.  His bond had been set at $1,500 for that incident.  The charges stem from an incident on February 14th, when Wiggers allegedly took a bicycle belonging to someone else and allegedly defaced the bike by painting it.
