Three Centralia residents are in jail in Washington County after being arrested at gunpoint during an undercover drug bust along U.S. highway 51.  39-year-old Damieon Brown, 18-year-old Kymir D. McGee, and 21-year-old Ezekel Rato, were all arrested Tuesday just before noon at 1115am, according to Irvington Police.  An undercover officer and the three had a drug deal set up and according to eye witnesses, the three were held at gunpoint by law enforcement officers.  The arrests were a direct result of an ongoing investigation that was conducted by the Irvington Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.  More arrests could be pending in the next few weeks.  39-year-old Brown was charged with two Class 2 felony counts of delivery of less than 5-grams of methamphetamine and possession of less than 5-grams of meth, which is a Class 3 felony.  18-year-old McGee got booked with a Class 2 felony with delivery of less than 5-grams of meth and a Class 3 felony with possession of less than 5-grams of meth.  21-year-old Rato got charged with one Class 3 felony of possession of less than 5-grams of meth.  Brown’s bail was $40,000.  McGee’s bail was $35,000 and Rato’s bail was $20,000.  Preliminary hearings have been scheduled too, Brown’s is May 9th and May 25th will be McGee and Rato.  Brown was sentenced to 8-years in jail for a 2011 arrest for delivery of narcotics in Marion County.
