A motorcycle crash was reported along Green Street Road, with the driver getting injured on Sunday night. The 40-year-old Centralia male, who was the driver, was reportedly unconscious and unresponsive. A passing vehicle noticed that his motorcycle was in a ditch just east of West Line Road, which is on Green Street Road, when they elected to turn around. The two men found him in the ditch unconscious and unresponsive. Police and fire departments, along with EMS staff responded to the scene, with a medical helicopter also being dispatched. That driver was then airlifted to the St. Louis University Hospital with head and back injuries. He reportedly was scheduled for surgery as of Monday. No other information is available at this time.
