The Nashville City Council met last night and Utility Supervisor Blaine Middleton told the Council of the recognition by the Illinois Department of Public Health to the Water Plant for perfect compliance in 2013 for 12 consecutive months of being in accordance with the Illinois Public Water Supply Regulation Act regarding fluoridation.  It states that they kept the correct level of fluoride in the drinking water to optimize the benefits of fluoride to the public’s health.
