The City of Nashville will be doing its semi-annual flushing of the fire hydrants beginning on Monday, April 21st, 2014. They will continue flushing hydrants until Friday, May 2nd, 2014. They will start on the north and work their way south. Some residents may experience discolored or cloudy water or low pressure, but the water is safe to drink.
