A man from Carterville will be sentenced in January, after being found guilty of a Class X felony of predatory criminal sexual assault. According to the Williamson County State’s Attorney, the trial for 46-year-old Nathan Scott Farrah-Pugh, also known as Nathan King, was held on October 31st and November 1st. The guilty verdict was announced last week, where he could get anywhere from 6 to 60 years in prison. The incident reportedly occurred between 2015 and 2016, with the victim being 6 at the time. During the trial, DNA evidence was offered by the state. King had no prior criminal history of sexual abuse prior to this event. He is an Australian citizen, where was here in the United State on a visa, according to the state attorney.
