FRANKLIN COUNTY — A rural Ewing man was arrested and charged with Felony Disorderly Conduct after the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call around 8:10 Friday morning from an Ewing Grade School employee saying there was an issue at the school and that a lockdown had been initiated.

Numerous deputies immediately responded. Upon arrival a male subject was located on school property, however, he had not made entry into the school.

As a result of the investigation, 30-year-old Alan M. Cain was placed under arrest and charged with felony disorderly conduct and is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
